Christmas Eve BINGO and S'mores

We had a nice dinner on Christmas Eve here at home after a loooonngg day of last minute shopping. Luckily for me (and my guests), my mom did all the cooking, all I had to do was provide the house. Aidan and Tyler were bubbling with anticipation to open presents, and were relentless with their asking which turned to whining, which turned to pleading, which turned to begging. FINALLY, they were allowed to open 1 (okay 4!). One was a shared gift; a BINGO game! We all gathered around, collected our quarters (oh yeah, we play for money!) and sat down to some friendly gaming.

Aidan was really good at calling the numbers

So nice to see Steph all the way from NYC, and Trina home from EL LAY!

Tyler gave it a shot too, and kept confusing us with his transposition of numbers: B-41, oops, I mean B-14! haha :)

Then we made some fireplace s'mores, they were finger lickin' good!

get ready s'more, you're about to be eaten!

delish!

When I finally got Tyler to bed after much explaining about Santa not being able to deliver presents if he is awake, etc., etc., he declares, "I really liked this day, Mom." Well that's what it's all about now isn't it...
