Lake Tahoe 2010

In January, we took off for a long weekend to snowy Lake Tahoe.
Tons of snow - check.
Cool cabin - check.
Loads of fun - double check!

We stayed at an awesome cabin (many thanks to Rob for finding it) directly across from Heavenly, we would watch the skiers and riders come down the face of the mountain all day! We were that close!

One day we just took the kids to the backyard and played in the many feet of snow. We threw snowballs, made snow angels and took the sled down some home made snow ramps. It was lots of chilly fun!

Our last full day there, the snow was coming down pretty hard. We took the Gondola up to the top of the mountain and had a fun time tubing, despite the fact it felt like we were sticking our head out of the window of a speeding car in a hail storm!

All in all, we had so much fun and of course didn't want to leave. The Chos need to win the lotto or something because we are all excellent vacation takers!
