report cards came home last week. i love that at this age, report cards are a happy occasion! who knows how long it will last? i really don't place too much emphasis on the grades themselves. a little growth and good behavior are really all i'm looking for. well, when the boys brought home their report cards, i was really pleased. both doing very well, both trying hard each day, and both enjoying school - that's what i'm talkin' about!
so of course, i wanted to reward them for a job well done. their requests? fitted A's hats complete with their names embroidered on the back. let me tell you, we spent almost an hour looking for just the right color and size - i guess i know what shopping for shoes with me is like...nevertheless, they found what they wanted and they look pretty cool too!
