the zoo

we headed to the zoo for a birthday treat.  our first day of spring break, the zoo, quality time with mommy and lola - what more could a boy ask for?  well a large stuffed snake for one.  he spied it immediately as we walked through the gates and that was on his mind for the remainder of our trip through the zoo.  we saw some really cool animals, played on the huge insect playground, and made plans for our future trips. but we couldn't get out of the zoo fast enough because that was the ONLY way the birthday boy was getting the snake - was "on our way out tyler."
